Testimonials

Drama and theatre arts can give people freedom to be expressive and creative and this really is a gift. It’s fantastic that Spin-off make this accessible to such a diverse range of people in the area. Not only that, but it is exciting to know that they will have an opportunity to use use their own creative genius to help develop Hull’s artistic scene in the build up to the 2017 City of Culture. I feel lucky to have had the introduction to drama that I had through Honor. I learned so much from her. I am so pleased that she is still working to bestow her knowledge and inspiration upon other young people of the city by means of The Spin-off theatre company.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Jack and Zoe for today.  They did not let anything phase them and were able to be flexible in their approach, ensuring our pupils could access the workshops at the right level.
Feedback from pupils and staff has been positive, so once again, thank you.

The South Holderness and East Riding Schools involved in the Cyber Bullying Production were thrilled with the outcome; they all agreed how excellent the whole project had been.  The children have benefitted enormously and have a greater understanding of the issues surrounding cyber bullying and how to keep themselves safe.  Big thank you to all those involved.

I am currently adapting The Little Match Girl and it got me thinking about what a great experience I had on The Tin Soldier.
