In partnership with KCOM Click Clever is an e-safety learning initiative aimed at KS2 pupils. Developed and written by Gerald Fox, Click Clever addresses key issues of cyber bullying and staying safe online in the world of social media. Click clever has been touring Hull and the East Riding for the past 3 years and has visited over 90 schools in this time.
In 2015 we updated Click Clever with two new stories covering different aspects of the internet in Click Clever 2 we deliver a workshop alongside two short plays. In Click Clever we use forum theatre to allow the audience to at the play to revisit important scenes within the play. This allows the pupils to stop the action when they see the characters making a wrong decision. We then invite up members of the audience to come up to the replay the scene and correct the mistakes made.
We also had the privilege to perform Click Clever 2 on a public platform at the CBBC Digital Festival in 2015 in front of children and parents.
